If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at contact@petlivia.com. We will provide detailed instructions and the return address.

  • Return requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • You may return items that are unused, opened, or lightly used, as long as they are undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

  • When requesting a return, if the product is damaged, we kindly ask you to include one or more photos to support your claim.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty or damaged items.

  • Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded in cash.

  • Hygienic products (e.g., pet items, beds) cannot be returned once used.

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
