Return requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your product.
You may return items that are unused, opened, or lightly used, as long as they are undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
When requesting a return, if the product is damaged, we kindly ask you to include one or more photos to support your claim.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty or damaged items.
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
Gift cards cannot be refunded in cash.
Hygienic products (e.g., pet items, beds) cannot be returned once used.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
